All these 3 services are provided from the same location for customer convenience. Beginning from a small room with a few young & motivated employees in 1994 for instrument calibration of local industries only, our growth has been significant. This visible growth is well reflected from the extensive calibration scope accredited by NABL in as many as 5 different disciplines, few of which not even available in this part of our country. A formidable customer base of more than 3000 satisfied customers is yet another evidence of our wider customer acceptance in the market.
Since its inception, Alcalab continued to grow in calibration field for years. As we stabilised our leading position in the field, an inviting opportunity knocked our door. It was a unique one for our business diversification as well which we were long looking for. Thus, in 2015, we launched a new initiative for Testing of critical Electrical Equipment used in power supply & protection system by industries to keep them trouble-free. It was challenging, but exciting as well
Diversification & growth of Alcalab continued in succeeding years. In 2024, we found a rising customer demand for testing of Transformer Oil. Being closely related to our electrical equipment testing services, we decided to go ahead for setting up a laboratory for the same. Consequently, in April 2025, a hi-tech laboratory equipped with new generation digital automatic testing machine & accredited by NABL was established. This laboratory, a rare in this part of the country, is now fully operational & open for testing of customers’ oil sample. .
